- Standard Shipping: Using DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, using EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Process
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to be processed:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after the return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Fishing Hooks: Once opened, these items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Drinkware: For hygiene reasons, drinkware items cannot be returned once opened.
