Return & Exchange Process

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the following address:

  5. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to be processed:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fishing Hooks: Once opened, these items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Drinkware: For hygiene reasons, drinkware items cannot be returned once opened.
